Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at aaronschoner@icloud.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at aaronschoner@icloud.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and items marked as final sale. Contact us at aaronschoner@icloud.com if you have questions about a specific item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
