This Shipping Policy explains how Allura processes, ships, and delivers orders.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Domestic orders: 7-14 business days
- International orders: 10-20 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing and carrier delays.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once a package reaches its destination country. Allura is not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
